An oasis of calm

The holiday home you'll long to return to, time and time again.

Granvila has undergone a major renovation in order to effortlessly join the elegant traditional exterior with a modern and chic interior.

The villa is equipped with everything necessary to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including high speed fibre internet, air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas plus a fully equipped kitchen designed to facilitate cooking for large groups.

6 bedrooms are on the ground floor and 2 larger bedrooms are located on the upper floor, all offer a private en suite bathroom for maximum comfort and privacy. Guests have the choice to enjoy the bedrooms as twin or double at their convenience.

The common areas include an open living/dining room with a bar and a library style lounge with an open fireplace. There’s also a dedicated meeting room for any business needs.

Set in over an acre of gardens, Granvila is immersed in an orchard of local fruit trees including limes and lemons for an afternoon cocktail.

The generous travertine marble pool deck offers ample space to lounge next to the huge south facing infinity pool.

The large wading shelf is perfect for sunbathing submerged under the refreshing water or as a play area for smaller children.

The driveway offers 4 permanent parking spaces plus room for several further cars around the illuminated fountain.

Granvila is conveniently located in a calm area of the traditional fishing town of Quarteira, a 10 minute walk from Cavalo Preto Beach, supermarkets and other services.

A few minutes by car to the east are the luxurious resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, likewise in the opposite direction is the bustling resort of Vilamoura with one of Europe’s best marinas. Here guests have a vast choice of dining options and an electric nightlife.

Algarve truly is golfers’ paradise with Granvila in its epicenter. Within a radius of 9 km (6 miles) are no less than 12 top quality golf courses – including Victoria Golf Course which is featured on the European Tour.
